An inclusive health & wellbeing project for young people.
The Wellbeing Project is funded by Scottish Government through the Perth & Kinross Mental Health & Wellbeing Fund. Within the project we have a mixture of group activities and one to one support. The project is open to young people ages 12-15 years.
Group Activities & Workshops
A wide variety of activities to help nurture your mind, body and spirit.
Wellbeing Activities include gym-based fitness sessions, walk and talks, food and nutrition guidance and education.,
Workshops include topics such as identity, choice, stress management, resilience, relationships and exercise.
The project also offers outdoor experiences, including camping trips, canoeing, paddle boarding and hill walking.
One to One Support
Tailored wellbeing support to help you thrive.
Our wellbeing one to one support includes mentoring support, transformational life coaching sessions, tailored action plans to help with goal setting and achievement, reflective exercises and trauma informed care.
