There are many different ways to get involved with our organisation and everyone has their own special way of making a contribution. Some people give their time, others give money. Some have valuable advice and guidance to give and others have furniture and other items that can help to re-house young people. We are always looking to involve others in what we do, so get in touch if you want to be a part of our vision.
Y Family
No amount of money is too small or too large.
Every financial contribution we receive goes straight into helping sustain the positive work that we do. We try to go the extra mile for our young people and it is with the financial help of the community that we are able to do so.
Your money could help pay for healthy meals to start the day; Travel subsidies to help ruraly isolated young people access our services; Interview clothes and much more.
Volunteer with Us
All the work that we do in the local community is only made stronger by the contribution of our volunteers.
Volunteering is a great way for people to give back to their community and gain work experience in the process. If any particular projects seem appealing to you, or if you’d like to ask a few more questions, contact us and find out how you can take part.
Making a Referral
If you think you could benefit from one of the programmes on offer with YMCA Tayside then there are a few ways for you to get referred. You can speak to your advisor from SDS or your teacher if you are in school. If you have a youth worker or key worker then ask them about getting referred. Or you can just get in touch with us yourself.
