Employability Ambassadors
Empowering youth voices to shape and strengthen employability services through local partnerships and active engagement
Our Youth Ambassador Programme empowers young people with lived experience to shape employability services across Perth & Kinross. Ambassadors engage directly with local networks and decision-makers, ensuring youth voices influence policy, partnerships, and provision. Through evaluation, advocacy, and collaboration, they champion youth-informed approaches that improve opportunities and outcomes for their peers in training, employment, and enterprise.
Networking & events
Working together creates success and positive outcomes
We believe success is built through collaboration. Our Learn to Earn service actively engages in networks and partnership opportunities, connecting young people with employers, educators, and community stakeholders. We include youth voices in local systems and encourage shared learning to build stronger, more connected employability support shaped by everyone’s input, not just ours.
